Elite Studio Exhibitions is an exhibition stall design, fabrication, and installation company based in Delhi NCR. We provide exhibition stands, trade show booths, retail kiosks, modular stalls, wooden booth construction, and related exhibition services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Service Proposals & Quotations

All quotations, proposals, estimates, and project plans provided by Elite Studio Exhibitions are based on the information available at the time of preparation.

Prices may change if:

  • Project requirements are modified
  • Design specifications change
  • Additional work is requested
  • Venue regulations require extra materials or labor
  • Transportation or logistics costs increase

Any additional work requested after approval may be billed separately.

4. Project Approval

A project is considered approved once the client:

  • Confirms the design or proposal in writing
  • Approves the quotation
  • Pays the agreed advance amount

After approval, production and fabrication work may begin immediately.

Changes requested after approval may affect project timelines and costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be specified in the project quotation or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • An advance payment is required before work begins.
  • Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Final payment may be required before installation or project handover.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your project successfully, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Share branding materials, logos, and artwork on time.
  • Approve designs within agreed timelines.
  • Obtain any permissions that are your responsibility.
  • Communicate project changes promptly.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect delivery schedules.

7. Design & Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, drawings, renderings, layouts, and creative materials developed by Elite Studio Exhibitions remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Once payment is completed, the client may use the approved project materials for their intended business purpose.

We reserve the right to display completed projects, photographs, and design work in our portfolio, website, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Installation & Venue Compliance

We strive to deliver and install exhibition booths according to agreed schedules. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Venue restrictions
  • Event organizer requirements
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government regulations
  • Force majeure events

Clients are responsible for complying with exhibition organizer rules and venue requirements unless specifically agreed otherwise.

9. Dismantling & Storage

Where included in the project scope, we will provide dismantling services after the event.

Storage services, if requested, may be subject to separate charges and agreements.

Items left unclaimed beyond the agreed storage period may be disposed of or removed without liability.

10. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled after approval, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of work completed.

Costs already incurred, including design, fabrication, material procurement, labor, transportation, and related expenses, will be payable by the client.

Advance payments may be non-refundable once project work has commenced.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable step to deliver quality services, Elite Studio Exhibitions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of profits
  • Event organizer decisions
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

12. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
  • Use the website in any way that could harm its operation.

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

13. Third-Party Links

We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.

14. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
